Due to the nature of our products (especially sensitive wear like bikinis and lingerie), no exchanges or refunds are allowed for these items. However, for items such as bags or other non-sensitive wearables:

• Exchange is allowed within 12-48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.
• No refunds. Store credit will be issued for accepted returns.
• Customers insisting on a refund will be charged for bank transaction fees deducted from our
account.
• Change-of-mind purchases, incorrect address, unclaimed parcels, and worn/damaged items after
delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund Processing:
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5
business days.
